Job Summary
Provide individualized employment support for participants with disabilities in a community-based setting. Responsibilities include traveling to CIS offices or new places of employment for travel training, collaborating with CIS teams to support participants, maintaining daily case notes, obtaining participant schedules and communicating changes to schedulers, responding to CIS emails/texts, attending meetings, training other coaches at job sites, reporting unusual incidents or employer concerns, and pursuing ongoing training to enhance skills. Requires a High School Diploma or Equivalent, and preferred experience in Education, Social Services or Business; must have a valid driver's license, automobile insurance, and access to a vehicle and internet; able to pass all background checks.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 1+ years of experience in Education, Social Services or Business preferred
- Possess valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- Must have access to an automobile and internet access at home
- Able to pass all required background checks
