Job Summary
Employment Case Manager with bilingual abilities providing intensive employment case management for families in Residential Programs. Responsibilities include completing employment assessments, developing short- and long-term employment plans, conducting job development and job search activities, coordinating with the education team to create career readiness plans, maintaining detailed records, providing transportation assistance to employment-related activities, and generating client outcomes reports for funders. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or Human Services, 3-5 years of case management experience, and a valid driver’s license; Master’s degree preferred and bilingual ability is helpful. Located in Tampa, FL; position is full-time with benefits.
