Job Summary
Employment Attorney (Remote) for a Los Angeles-based defense firm. Fully remote role focusing on representing employers in employment litigation, including matters involving discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations. Responsibilities include legal research and analysis, drafting documents, negotiating settlements, preparing for and potentially litigating before courts and administrative agencies, and proactive case management. Required qualifications include a J.D. degree with active California State Bar membership and a minimum of 7 years of experience in employment litigation defense (10+ preferred); strong research, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. Experience with class actions and PAGA claims is a plus; trial experience is a plus but not required.*/,
