Job Summary
Handle a varied caseload including tribunal litigation, employee relations advice, and broader employment advisory matters. Work directly with employer clients across a wide range of sectors, supporting them on complex and business-critical employment law issues. Play a key role in ongoing client relationships, contributing to business development and the delivery of commercially focused solutions. Collaborate with a national team of employment experts and specialists in advocacy, corporate transactions, and business immigration. Receive hands-on guidance and mentoring while being given the space to develop your own professional voice and client approach. This hybrid role offers flexible working arrangements, typically three days in the office and two days working from home.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ PQE
- Minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in employment law
- Focus on contentious matters
- Solid experience handling tribunal claims
- Providing employment-related advice to employer clients
- Commercial approach
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Collaborative mindset
