Employment and Education Specialist - Elliot House Clubhouse

Coordinate Clubhouse employment components by developing relationships with local businesses and state agencies to engage members in job placements. Engage members in unit work, initiate employer contacts, and co-lead employment support meetings while tracking employment statistics. Provide outreach and support services for members currently working in job placements. Participate in evening, weekend, and holiday social programs alongside attending Advisory board and Chamber of Commerce meetings. Requires a driver's license, reliable vehicle, and strong computer/organizational skills. Full-time role with occasional weekend and evening coverage.
