Job Summary
Deliver intensive and tailored support to help a diverse range of participants achieve their professional and academic aspirations and find fulfilling work. Engage with employers and local communities to raise awareness of the Restart contract benefits. Identify, apply for, and sustain employment for unemployed jobseekers, including disabled and disadvantaged individuals. Communicate effectively as a solution-focused advisor while maintaining high standards of safeguarding and welfare for vulnerable adults and children.
