Job Summary
Employment Adviser at Reed in Partnership delivers frontline employability support: one-to-one guidance to jobseekers, CV writing, interview preparation and skills development; manage a caseload of long-term unemployed individuals, identify barriers, and create tailored action plans to progress them into employment; collaborate with local employers to identify opportunities; promote the Restart Scheme and address barriers (health, housing, financial challenges) while meeting and exceeding KPIs. The role emphasizes coaching, mentoring, and delivering inclusive, customer-focused support, with flexible working arrangements and pro-rata consideration for part-time options. Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma
- GCSE English Language at Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification) or Level 2 literacy
- Willingness to travel locally
