Job Summary
Employment Adviser role delivering tailored, one-to-one job-search coaching to long-term unemployed individuals within the DWP Restart Scheme. Manage a caseload with face-to-face appointments, create SMART action plans and provide job-searching support. Help build confidence, develop skills and change mindsets, collaborating with external services to tackle complex barriers. You’ll work in a target-driven environment with KPIs and quality/compliance SLAs, leveraging strong interpersonal skills to empower diverse customers and maintain accurate records.
