Job Summary
Manage a caseload of customers through face-to-face appointments, creating SMART action plans and providing job-searching support to help long-term unemployed individuals overcome barriers. Work towards clear targets and KPIs including quality and compliance SLAs while collaborating with external services to tackle complex challenges. Help build confidence, develop skills, and change mindsets for diverse backgrounds, including those with vulnerable needs. This role sits within the DWP Restart Scheme, supporting people back into the workplace and on the path to a rewarding career.
Required Qualifications
- A background in target-driven roles and/or experience delivering services to meet contractual and quality standards
- Ability to build rapport, understand, and empower individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those who are vulnerable with complex needs
- Experience of working in customer-facing roles in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain accurate customer records
- Resilience and a growth mindset, and a real passion for making a difference
