Job Summary
As an Employer Services Analyst at Alegeus, you will be a trusted partner delivering responsive, empathetic support to employers via phone, email, and virtual channels, handling inquiries end-to-end (e.g., eligibility updates, payroll questions, funding issues) with accuracy and accountability. You’ll educate employers on plan details and platform capabilities, translate complex processes into actionable guidance, and contribute to continuous improvement by surfacing trends and participating in team onboarding and innovation initiatives. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, with 2+ years of relevant customer service or employer services experience in a service-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years in customer service, employer services, benefits administration, operations, call center, account support, or similar roles, with experience supporting stakeholders via phone, email, or virtual channels in a service-driven environment
- Education: Relevant professional experience required; familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel) and service technologies preferred, along with exposure to healthcare, financial services, or regulated environments as a plus
