Employer Partnership & Placement Specialist - Medical Assisting

Job Summary

Develop employer partnerships with medical offices, clinics, and hospital systems to generate job leads and match Medical Assisting graduates to direct-hire opportunities. Coordinate the full placement pipeline from outreach and resume coaching through interview scheduling, offer management, and employment verification. Maintain accurate, compliant employment records and track activity, outcomes, and verified placements to meet campus performance targets. Conduct regular in-person visits and field outreach to build relationships and drive consistent hiring momentum. This role supports accreditation requirements and strengthens employer pipelines to help graduates launch their healthcare careers.

Required Qualifications

  • Three or more years of experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, career services, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in staffing, recruiting, business development, career services, or a related field; experience in high-volume, results-driven environments
  • Demonstrated success in lead generation, employer relationship development, and candidate placement
  • Strong business development, cold outreach, and relationship management skills
  • Effective communication, organization, and follow-up skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required
  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and current insurance required

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience in a staffing agency, recruiting desk, placement firm, or other high-activity, outcome-driven environment is strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to generate leads, build relationships, match candidates to opportunities, and produce hires or placements
  • Experience with PowerBI, CampusVue/CampusNexus, ATS, CRM, or similar tracking systems is a plus
  • Knowledge of healthcare hiring, allied health, outpatient clinics, or medical office environments is helpful
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience considered
