Job Summary
Build strong relationships with employers and manage a caseload to support people with disabilities from refugee backgrounds in achieving sustainable employment. Identify opportunities through labour market engagement, job carving, and reverse marketing while implementing the SSI Service Delivery Model to provide holistic, participant-centred support. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and employer partners to create inclusive employment pathways and improve workforce participation. Arabic speaking is essential for this role to effectively support the target client group. Full-time employment with a 9-day fortnight schedule, salary packaging options, and access to in-house training and wellbeing programs.
Required Qualifications
- A willingness to complete a Certificate IV in Employment Services
- Arabic speaking
- All employees will undergo a National Police Clearance and a Working with Children Check as a condition of employment
