Job Summary

Employer Brand Multimedia Content Manager responsible for translating our EVP into compelling, platform-native content across multimedia channels. Drive content orchestration and persona translation for career site content, blogs, interactive experiences, and cross-functional campaigns; act as the creative engine for high-production brand videos in partnership with internal studio and external partners; personally produce and edit a range of content from event spotlights to polished UGC-style campaigns; manage talent-related audio/video assets (vodcasts, podcasts) and oversee editing, narrative flow, and format innovation. Optimize content with SEO and GEO concepts and partner with careers social media to ensure distribution; leverage AI tools to streamline production, scale creative output, and pitch new initiatives. Demonstrates a strong storytelling ability, budget management, and collaboration with stakeholders and creative teams to maintain authentic, timely brand voice across channels.
