Job Summary
Provide operational and analytical support to ESBPs with quantitative and qualitative data for strategic ES programs and initiatives for the CRO. Monitor and interpret trends around employee satisfaction, attrition, and turnover using HR analytic tools to drive data-driven business decisions. Serve as a project lead for ES programs, tracking objectives, timelines, and communication plans while coordinating across governance structures and stakeholders. Prepare leadership updates, risk summaries, and decision materials, and facilitate program meetings with agenda development and action-item management. Execute on organizational reshaping, growth, and acquisition efforts by creating tools and templates for consistent service delivery at scale.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Must have strong knowledge of Google Drive (Sheets and Slides) or other spreadsheet and presentations software
- Must have strong knowledge of Workday
- Must have strong knowledge of Tableau
- Ability to collect, assimilate, analyze, and present data
- Ability to take trends and data, connecting the dots and translating them into key insights and presentable themes
- Exceptional organizational and program management skills with strong attention to detail and execution excellence
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level presentations, updates, and recommendations
- Demonstrated ability to support diverse, geographically dispersed, multicultural fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to be a self-starter and proactive
- Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of job responsibilities, including handling highly sensitive data
- Ability to ramp up quickly, recognize Salesforce's unique culture and proactively help identify issues/areas of development
- General knowledge of employment policies and practices
- Knowledge of staffing, compensation, and talent management best practices
Desired Qualifications
- Prior exposure to workforce planning, go-to-market operations, annual planning cycles, or large-scale business transformations is advantageous
