Job Summary
Partner with a C-suite board member to shape and drive a high-impact people strategy that delivers against ambitious growth and transformation goals. Lead large-scale organizational change across a complex matrix, aligning global and local priorities to ensure adoption, embedding, and measurable results. Act as a senior adviser to executive leaders, guiding decisions on organizational design, leadership capability, culture, and performance. Use data and insight to anticipate challenges, track progress, and ensure the people agenda drives improvements in business performance and employee experience.
Required Qualifications
- Significant experience driving organisational change in complex, matrix environments, influencing across senior stakeholders without direct control
- Experience in a high growth international technology business, with a clear understanding of scaling, transformation and constant change
- Strong capability in organisational design, change management and employee experience, with a focus on delivering outcomes that improve performance
- Confidence using people data and insight to shape strategy, influence leadership decisions and demonstrate impact at a senior level
