Job Summary
Employee Shuttle Driver responsible for safe transportation of colleagues along designated routes, ensuring high standards of customer service, safety, and reliability. Duties include transporting colleagues in company vehicles, maintaining vehicle cleanliness and fuel, conducting daily inspections, reporting maintenance or safety concerns, adhering to traffic laws and internal protocols, engaging guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring seat belts are used, knowing emergency procedures, remaining calm under pressure, and being able to assist guests with luggage and operate a luxury vehicle in varying conditions. Requires minimum 2 years driving experience (luxury/hotel/chauffeur or limousine preferred), valid SC driver’s license with clean record, Forbes 5-Star presentation standards, strong communication and confidentiality, and availability for evenings/weekends/holidays with flexible shifts.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of professional driving experience; luxury hotel, private chauffeur, or limousine experience preferred
- Valid South Carolina driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Impeccable grooming and personal presentation in line with Forbes 5-Star expectations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a service-first attitude
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and flexible shifts based on business needs
- Must be able to safely operate a luxury vehicle in varying weather and traffic conditions
- Must be able to resolve problems, handle conflict, and make effective decisions under pressure
- Must be able to sit and drive for extended periods and assist guests with luggage (up to 50 lbs)
- Good hearing for effective communication
