Job Summary
Office-based part-time Employee Services Coordinator handling onboarding and employee support for BAYADA's Assistive Care Home Care Team. Responsibilities include answering calls, maintaining personnel files, supporting hiring activities from application to onboarding, coordinating Home Health Aide training, and ensuring labor postings are up-to-date. Requires strong communication and interpersonal skills, basic PC skills, and English proficiency. Bachelor's degree preferred but experience acceptable in lieu of degree; in-person position in Huntersville, NC, with weekly hours 12–15 across Mon-Fri. Office located in Huntersville, NC.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors preferred, but experience will be accepted in lieu of a degree.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Demonstrated record of strong interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read, write and effectively communicate in English.
