Job Summary
The ESC supports onboarding and ongoing support for BAYADA Home Health Care field employees from application to onboarding, ensures labor postings are maintained, and coordinates Home Health Aide training. The role emphasizes coordinating employee files, facilitating training materials and skills practice, and maintaining high-quality service to field staff, with a focus on efficiency, reliability, and strong communication within a nonprofit home health care context.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic PC skills
- Ability to read, write and communicate in English
