Employee Services Associate - Food Service Operations

Job Summary
Provide professional employee services experience across guest, conference, and food services, supporting on-premises cafeteria, cafe, vending, and beverage operations; ensure sanitation and board-of-health compliant food handling; greet employees, take orders, process cash/credit transactions, operate food service equipment, maintain pricing and inventory, coordinate with vendors, and support HR/Employee Services functions as needed. Must maintain confidentiality, train on HACCP/health regulations, and be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds; expects flexible scheduling including some early mornings, evenings, and weekends; requires High School diploma or equivalent and a valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license
- Up to one year of experience in a corporate, food service, or hospitality environment
- One to two years of administrative or front desk management experience (desired)
- An associate degree in hospitality or related field (desired)
