Job Summary
Act as the primary point of contact for Tier 1 employee inquiries via phone, in-person, and ticketing system; resolve requests within the designated SLA and escalate Tier 2 issues to venue management, People Practices, or scheduling coordinators. Assist with processing absences and call-offs (sick time, jury duty, bereavement), support staffing issues (missed clocks, schedule changes, attendance, pay inquiries, Time and Attendance), and aid onboarding by facilitating new hire paperwork, I-9 processing, and orientation/training support. Contribute to HR functions (licenses/certifications, training and development, Time and Attendance discipline). Partner with ESC Leadership for day-to-day operations and provide on-site support to sustain smooth business operations. Strong customer service skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS (Oracle) and ability to handle sensitive, fast-paced inquiries; bilingual Spanish/English is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Previous call center, HR or administrative (scheduling, payroll, employee services) support experience.
