Job Summary

Lead FNZ's UK Employment Rights Reform Programme by translating complex legislative changes into practical operating models, policies, and governance controls. Manage delivery activities across multiple workstreams, partnering with Legal, Payroll, and senior stakeholders to assess requirements and ensure audit readiness. Design manager capability initiatives and communication strategies to drive adoption of new frameworks while mitigating legal and reputational risks. Support workforce transformation planning for redundancy, dismissal, and consultation processes, ensuring operational compliance across the organisation.

Required Qualifications

  • Significant Employee Relations experience within a complex organisation
  • Extensive knowledge of UK employment law and legislative change implementation
  • Proven experience leading employment law, HR transformation, regulatory change or people transformation initiatives
  • Strong experience translating legal requirements into practical business policies, frameworks and operating models
  • Experience operating within highly regulated, governance-focused environments
  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organisational change
  • Experience partnering with Legal, Compliance, HR Systems, Payroll and operational teams
  • Strong programme management and delivery skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and influencing capabilities
  • The ability to lead through ambiguity and complex change
  • Strong strategic thinking and programme leadership capability
  • Excellent judgement when balancing legal, employee and commercial considerations
  • Confidence operating with senior stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Exceptional organisation and delivery focus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • A proactive, collaborative and outcomes-focused approach
  • The ability to build credibility quickly and influence at all levels of the organisation
