Job Summary
Support and guide leaders across multiple states/provinces on performance management, workplace conduct, investigations, and employee-relations (ER) strategy. Lead complex, high-risk ER cases (Tier 3–4), conduct thorough investigations into policy violations, harassment, discrimination, and retaliation with confidentiality and robust documentation. Advise on termination recommendations, corrective actions, and performance improvement plans, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements. Provide case consultations to leadership, develop proactive ER solutions, design training for leaders on investigation best practices, and collaborate with Legal, HRBPs, and other stakeholders to align policies and risk-mitigating strategies. Foster organizational integrity, trust, and a positive employee experience across a multi-location North America footprint.
