Job Summary
Execute talent and human resource strategies and implement programs, processes, and tools for St. Luke's Physician Group. Provide consulting to leaders on employee relations, performance management, goal setting, and pay positioning. Facilitate employee relations activities by partnering with leadership on corrective actions, conducting staff interviews, investigations, and discussions with managers. Engage in interactive processes to determine ADA compliance and reasonable accommodations, draft correspondences for investigations, and prepare documentation for EEOC claims. Maintain knowledge of current legal and regulatory requirements to reduce legal risks and ensure compliance.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business or HR
- 5+ years HR experience
- Employee Relations experience
