Job Summary
Employee Relations Specialist who will manage Tier 3 employee relations cases (disciplinary actions, policy breaches, performance management, ethics investigations, terminations) while coaching people managers, advising on organizational changes and risk mitigation, and driving process improvements. The role requires bilingual English/French proficiency, extensive HR experience in employee relations, strong investigation and risk-management capabilities, and the ability to partner in a matrixed, regional shared services environment. This is a full-time remote-capable position with compensation range of $88,100–$117,500 annually. Responsibilities include case management and investigations, manager coaching, strategic change and risk mitigation, and process optimization with data-driven insights. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources with expertise in Employee Relations
- Fluency in English and French
- Strong knowledge of labor standards, workplace investigation techniques, and risk management
- Exceptional conflict resolution and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
