Job Summary
Partner with HR leadership to foster a positive, compliant workplace by providing expert guidance on employee relations, conducting workplace investigations, and managing corrective action processes. Oversee daily operations of assigned applications to ensure stability and performance while developing HR programs, policies, and training initiatives. Research employment law and organizational trends to recommend improvements that enhance employee experience and support day-to-day operations including student placement programs and employee records. Respond to unemployment claims and resolve complex workplace concerns by collaborating with leaders, Compliance, and legal counsel.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of Human Resources experience

- Strong working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines
- Strong working knowledge of federal employment laws
- Strong working knowledge of state employment laws
- Strong working knowledge of HRIS platforms
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
