Employee Relations Senior Specialist

Employee Relations Senior Specialist role focused on providing expert guidance on employee relations, risk and compliance in India. You will offer expert advice to leaders on conduct and performance, lead end-to-end investigations (including whistleblower and sensitive employee matters), ensure procedural fairness and legal defensibility, and support the development and governance of HR policies. The role involves advising on strategic ER initiatives, project-managing ER programs, leading education and coaching for leaders, and coordinating with Legal, Audit, HR Operations, Payroll, and Finance to ensure a consistent approach to risk and compliance. Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) or Master of Laws (LLM). The position emphasizes leadership of ER risk and compliance efforts, policy ownership, and ensuring compliance with India-specific employment laws, with responsibilities spanning risk management, governance, and vendor oversight.
