Job Summary
Employee Relations Partner handles employee relations, investigations, policy development, and labor relations within Sharp Healthcare. Responsibilities include guiding management on staff employment issues, resolving grievances and disciplinary matters, facilitating IP/settlement discussions with Labor Relations and Legal counsel, coordinating with unions on workplace matters, conducting investigations for harassment, discrimination, HIPAA issues, and whistleblower concerns, developing HR policies and procedures, delivering training to managers, and providing confidential advisory support during reorganizations and large-scale changes. Requires a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of HR/employee relations experience; preferred qualifications include a Master's Degree and Juris Doctor (JD); position is based in San Diego, CA and is full-time. Skills highlighted include strong written and oral communication, policy interpretation, investigative reporting, negotiation, and MS Office proficiency.
Required Qualifications
