Employee Relations Partner

Job Summary
Employee Relations Partner responsible for supporting a positive workplace culture through consistent application of company policies, employee relations practices, and performance management. Partners with field leadership to resolve employee concerns, conduct investigations into complaints, policy violations, workplace conflicts, harassment issues, and other employee relations matters. Provides guidance on corrective action, documentation, coaching, and performance improvement; supports attendance, conduct, and workplace behavior; monitors trends to improve engagement and retention; facilitates conflict resolution between employees and management; ensures consistent policy interpretation across locations; prepares reports for operational leadership; and collaborates with Human Resources for escalation when needed. Requires strong communication, confidentiality, and knowledge of federal/state employment laws; willingness to travel within assigned regions; and a team-focused, results-oriented mindset.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 3-5 years of experience in employee relations, workforce management, operations leadership, human resources, or a related field
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or related certification preferred but not required
