Job Summary
As Employee Relations Partner, provide managers with professional support to resolve people-related matters such as long-term absence, disciplinary, grievance, and performance management cases, with focus on UK employment legislation. Act as a subject matter expert to advise, coach, and develop managers, escalate complex high-risk cases with Head of HR/Legal Counsel, assist in tribunal preparation, and use data insights to drive improvements in employee relations and policy implementation. Travel may be required within allocated region to build relationships and deepen understanding of partner group.
Required Qualifications
- Relevant specialist employment law qualification and/or CIPD Associate/Chartered member
