Employee Relations Officer - Hybrid

Job Summary
Provide employee relations support by addressing workplace concerns, handling grievances, conflicts, and disciplinary cases in line with company policies and labor regulations. Build positive relationships across teams, foster open communication, and partner with HR and leaders to enhance employee engagement and workplace culture. Gather employee feedback through conversations and surveys, identify trends and opportunities to improve the employee experience, and ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate documentation and prepare reports for HR leadership; support training for managers and employees on employee relations topics. Requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience; strong English communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills; ability to handle confidential information and navigate difficult conversations; willingness to adapt to a shifting schedule. Hybrid setup with 3 days onsite at Mega Tower office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- At least 4 years of experience in Employee Relations, HR Operations, or a similar HR role
