Employee Relations Manager

Job Summary
Provide expert advice and counsel to employees and managers on complex, sensitive concerns across multiple regions, including India. Lead investigations into claims of harassment, discrimination, and retaliation while conducting formal reviews to present findings for remediation. Maintain a case management system, run analytics, and produce dashboards to offer actionable recommendations on global employee relations trends. Develop and implement training programs to enhance managerial capabilities and foster a positive workplace culture across diverse, international teams. Partner with HR leaders and global stakeholders to establish best practices that balance compliance, equity, and business needs. This hybrid role in Bangalore reports to the Global Director of Employee Relations within the People and Culture department, supporting the foundational scale of the global cloud security leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Employee Relations, or a related field
- 8+ years of overall HR experience with a minimum of 5+ years in Employee Relations, including supporting global or regional teams across multiple countries
- Solid understanding of federal, state, and international labor and employment laws and regulations, with a specific emphasis on compliance in the APAC region
- Demonstrated success developing and executing employee relations programs that have a measurable impact on outcomes across global teams
Desired Qualifications
- Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools, with a proven history of integrating new technologies to enhance daily workflows and augment problem-solving
- Previous experience in the tech industry or similar fast-paced environments
- Proven ability to analyze data metrics to drive organizational decision-making and provide region-specific insights
- Proficiency in navigating employee relations dynamics in multiple countries within the region
