Job Summary
Lead complex employee relations matters including performance management, misconduct investigations, workplace behaviour matters, grievances, restructures and agreed separations; provide coaching and advice to leaders and People Business Partners on employee relations risks and outcomes; support early intervention and resolution through mediation and facilitated discussions; own and maintain employment contracts, terms and conditions and governance controls globally; monitor legislative developments and translate impacts into practical business advice; ensure compliance with employment obligations through reviews, audits and risk mitigation activities; own ER governance frameworks, templates, toolkits and procedures; develop practical resources and guidance materials; build ER capability across the People & Culture function; collaborate with Legal, Risk and WHS teams to manage people-related risk; significant experience in complex ER matters and employment legislation across multiple jurisdictions (Australia, UK and/or US) preferred; role located in Brisbane, Australia with full-time engagement and no recruitment agency involvement.
