Job Summary
Employee Relations Manager role focused on coaching Senior Leaders and HR Business Partners, handling complex employee relations cases from intake to resolution, conducting internal investigations, mitigating legal/compliance risk, and collaborating on manager effectiveness and training programs. The position emphasizes partnering with leaders to address performance, corrective actions, and terminations, leveraging knowledge of US employment laws (ADA, FLSA, Title VII, FMLA, USSERA) and a proactive approach to reducing employee relations issues through trend analysis and proactive initiatives. On-site collaboration is prioritized with a stated requirement of four days in-office per week for most roles, and remote/field-based arrangements may be indicated for certain positions. Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 years of cumulative direct Employee Relations experience
- Knowledge of US employment law, ADA, FLSA, DOL Title VII, FMLA, USSERA
- Experience supporting Sr. Business Unit, function, and region leadership level client groups
- Experience with Exempt Level Professionals and Sr Level Management with direct experience providing strategic guidance on employee relations issues
- Experience with Sales preferred
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, preferably in Management, Human Resources or Psychology, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
- SPHR or PHR (preferred)
