Job Summary

The Employee Relations & HR Governance Manager will lead the development and implementation of employee relations strategies and HR governance frameworks, working closely with various teams to ensure compliance and manage employee matters in a compassionate way.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Employment Law, Industrial Relations, or a related field
  • Minimum 5-7 years of progressive HR experience, with a strong focus on employee relations (ER) and HR governance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex ER cases in Canada and the U.S.
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Canadian and U.S. employment legislation
  • Strong expertise in workplace investigations, policy development and risk management
  • Ability to coach, influence, and build trust with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated discretion, professionalism, and judgment
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced, matrixed, global environment

Desired Qualifications

  • Master’s or CHRP/CHRL designation preferred
