Job Summary

Temporary Employee Relations Coordinator responsible for onboarding, compliance, Form I-9, licensing across multiple states, benefits administration, and HR record-keeping; supports daily administrative functions and employee lifecycle activities using Paylocity and HRIS in a remote, three-month assignment.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year of Human Resources experience, preferably in an HR Coordinator or administrative HR role
  • Hands-on experience completing Form I-9s and understanding compliance requirements
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Experience with Paylocity or similar HRIS system strongly preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
