Job Summary

Provide Employee Relations consulting and investigations for the McKesson Specialty Provider Organization client groups, partnering with HR practitioners and managers to address employee issues, mitigate risk, and ensure compliant, timely handling of ER matters. Responsible for overseeing the ER hotline, reviewing involuntary terminations with HR practitioners, escalating complex issues to the Manager, Employee Relations, and collaborating with Compliance, Learning and Development, Shared Services, and Practice Leadership on long-term performance improvements. Skills include conducting comprehensive investigations, applying ADA and PWFA accommodation processes, handling unemployment claims, and maintaining ER metrics. Strong consulting, communication, and influencing abilities are essential to provide resolutions aligned with corporate policy and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent
  • Typically requires 4+ years of relevant experience
  • 3-5 years in Employee Relations Healthcare Industry experience REQUIRED
  • Certifications/Licensure: HR Certification preferred (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP)
