Job Summary

Employee Relations & Compliance Manager responsible for conducting prompt investigations into sensitive workplace concerns (including EEO), providing objective recommendations, and supporting performance management and policy guidance. Collaborates with People Business Partners, Legal, and Compliance to promote equity and accountability, scale the ER function, and deliver training and data analytics to improve employee experience across the company. Must coach managers on moderately complex ER issues, drive policy adherence, and contribute to global ER initiatives and training deployments. Demonstrates strong written and oral communication, emotional intelligence, ability to navigate ambiguity, and independent judgment to help the business solve complex problems.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Minimum 5+ years of relevant employee relations experience
  • Solid understanding of federal, state, and local labor and employment laws
  • Experience with ER investigations and performance management
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional partners
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Discretion handling confidential information
  • Project management experience
