Job Summary

Conduct proactive, consultative employee relations support across three regional sites, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees on matters for both management-represented and union-represented staff. Coach leaders through complex and sensitive situations, strengthen day-to-day people practices, and use field-level insights to inform broader strategies and risk mitigation efforts. Collaborate with HR business partners, legal, labor relations, and risk teams to drive consistent, compliant, and employee-centered outcomes while translating enterprise people strategy into effective local practices. Operate as an embedded People Partner to foster a positive, high-performing work environment, leveraging case trends and listening insights to support continuous improvement and a respectful workplace.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5 years of recent relevant experience
  • Progressively responsible employee relations or human resources experience
  • Direct experience with investigations
  • Direct experience with performance management
  • Direct experience with employee relations casework
  • Demonstrated experience handling investigations
  • Demonstrated experience handling performance management
  • Demonstrated experience handling discipline
  • Demonstrated experience handling employee relations casework
  • Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge
  • Knowledge of federal regulations
  • Knowledge of state regulations
  • Demonstrated ability to coach leaders through complex and sensitive employee situations
  • Sound judgment
  • Ability to balance employee experience, business needs, and risk considerations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
