Job Summary

Conducts Title II and Title VII investigations by interviewing parties, collecting evidence, and documenting facts to determine policy violations; represents Cracker Barrel as a witness in litigation and participates in hearings. Advises management on policy interpretation, regulatory compliance, and personnel decisions including hiring, counseling, performance evaluations, leave issues, accommodations, disciplinary actions, and terminations. Supports compliance with employment laws, develops internal training materials, conducts on-site training and orientation for hourly employees, and collaborates to resolve employee relations issues. Requires a Bachelor's Degree and 2-3 years of relevant experience; PHR/SPHR preferred.
