Employee Relations Analyst

Job Summary
Manage employee relations cases and conduct fact-finding investigations to document findings and facilitate corrective actions. Support Group Leaders with policy interpretation, assist in corrective action issuance, and provide recommendations for consistent adherence. Oversee Effective Daily Labor Management (EDLM) data entry, attendance audits, ethics training tracking, and HR annual audits to ensure regulatory compliance. Utilize data analytics to visualize trends, track employee relations metrics, and generate reports that drive continuous improvement aligned with business objectives. Facilitate team engagement forums, organize Executive and HR Round Table meetings, and coordinate new hire orientation training. Collaborate with legal counsel on complex cases to mitigate risk. This onsite role in Huntsville, Alabama, requires rotating shifts from 6:00 AM to 1:30 AM and reports to the Team Member Relations Manager.
Required Qualifications
- Right to work in the United States without requiring Toyota support or sponsorship for immigration-related employment
- Bachelor's degree or higher OR equivalent professional work experience relevant to this position
- Human resources, employee relations, and/or investigations experience
- Proven ability to manage multiple daily tasks and projects with minimal direction
- Experience handling confidential matters and documentation
- Experience managing conflict resolution
- Experience coaching employees at all levels of the organization
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Ability and willingness to support rotating shifts of 6:00 AM to 2:45 PM and 4:45 PM to 1:30 AM
- Bachelor's degree or higher specifically in Human Resources or Business Management
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- Toyota Production System tools experience
