Job Summary
Senior Recruiter to source, vet, and close quality candidates for Salesforce IT/tech roles, owning full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding. Drive Agile recruiting strategies across Tech and AE roles; develop and implement recruiting programs to build a robust pipeline; partner with business leaders to understand needs and hire qualified talent; collaborate with the Employee Success team to drive the recruiting process from requisition to onboarding. Must have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in IT, strong stakeholder influence across levels including executives, and excellent communication in Japanese and Korean (English at business level).
Required Qualifications
- Over 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in the IT industry or related fields
- Ability to partner and influence key stakeholders at all levels, including executives
- Agile recruiting capability across Tech and AE roles
- Track record of successfully delivering against goals within a given deadline in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in Japanese and Korean, with business-level English
