Job Summary
Actively recruit caregivers through job boards, referrals, and community outreach while representing the company at career events and job fairs. Build relationships within the community to promote brand awareness, conduct interviews, screen applicants, and coordinate hiring decisions. Assist new hires through onboarding, ensure proper system setup, and develop retention plans to support caregiver satisfaction. Maintain consistent communication with staff to address concerns and track recruitment metrics to meet staffing needs. Collaborate with leadership to improve recruitment strategies and support company growth.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable attending events and engaging with the public
- Proficient in basic computer systems and hiring platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred
