Job Summary
Recruit and retain high-quality caregivers by actively sourcing candidates through job boards, referrals, and community outreach. Represent the organization at career events, job fairs, and community functions to build relationships and promote brand awareness. Conduct interviews, screen applicants, and coordinate hiring decisions while assisting new hires through onboarding and system setup. Develop retention plans, maintain consistent communication with staff, and track recruitment metrics to meet staffing needs. Collaborate with leadership to improve recruitment strategies.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable attending events and engaging with the public
- Proficient in basic computer systems and hiring platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
Desired Qualifications
- Previous recruiting or HR experience preferred
