Job Summary
Warehouse logistics role responsible for the efficient handling of all warehouse processes (goods receipt, putaway, order picking and dispatch); provide cross-functional support across operations; ensure timely and high-quality order processing; monitor and optimize stock levels including stock-takes; analyze and continuously improve warehousing processes using LEAN approaches; collaborate with Purchasing and Sales; ensure compliance with quality and safety regulations; support Warehousing Team Lead with optimisation projects and KPI development; assist with training of logistics apprentices; requires a completed qualification in logistics or equivalent, several years of warehouse logistics experience, proficiency with SAP/WMS/Microsoft Dynamics, strong IT/Excel skills, and German language proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Completed qualification in logistics (e.g. Logistics Specialist EFZ) or a technical/commercial qualification with relevant practical experience in logistics
- Several years of professional experience in warehouse logistics
- Experience using warehouse management systems (e.g. SAP, WMS, Microsoft Dynamics)
- Strong IT skills and MS Office (especially Excel)
- Very good command of German and basic knowledge of English
- Strong process-oriented mindset and LEAN knowledge
