Job Summary
Provide customer service on HR activities, including inquiry resolution, request management, and troubleshooting. Support the embedding of new ways of working by participating in continuous improvement initiatives. Manage promotion processes and compensation adjustments in collaboration with Business Partners and the Works Council. Prepare seasonal pay offs for the German employee population, such as vacation and Christmas bonuses. Collaborate with compensation and payroll teams on various topics. Prepare reports and analytics to support team dynamics and decision-making.
