Job Summary
Employee Lifecycle Experience (ELE) Specialist to be based in PMI Manila (P&C GBS). Responsible for serving as the first point of contact for employees, acting as subject matter expert for P&C services in assigned markets, supporting compensation and benefits activities, preparing reports and simulations to support local compensation programs, coordinating complex mass changes, driving process improvements, and onboarding/training P&C Generalists. Requires a bachelor’s degree, fluency in Korean and English, strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HR systems. Hybrid work arrangement with at least 3 days on-site, based at 8 Rockwell, Makati Head Office.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree holder
- Fluent in Korean and English
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (SAP SFEC) or similar HR systems is a plus
