Job Summary
Employee Learning Leader responsible for designing, implementing, and managing enterprise-wide learning and development initiatives; partners with internal teams to improve workforce readiness, deliver measurable learning programs (e-learning, classroom, blended), administer LMS platforms, and drive talent development aligned with organizational goals. Requires experience with LMS tools, instructional design methods (ADDIE/SAM/Kirkpatrick), trauma-informed care knowledge, strong leadership and project management skills, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with vendors and stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in learning and development, instructional design, corporate training, or related HR function
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience developing and delivering learning solutions across multiple formats (e-learning, classroom, blended)
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) such as Relias or Cornerstone and e-learning authoring tools like Articulate or Canva
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, Kirkpatrick)
- Knowledge of Trauma Informed Care and MANDT
- Ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication; strong leadership and relationship-building skills
- Must be able to pass background checks and have a valid Wisconsin driver’s license or equivalent
- Willingness to participate in onboarding, onboarding for role changes, and vendor management as part of L&D initiatives
