Job Summary
Hybrid opportunity to serve as Employee & Labor Relations Consultant, developing, coordinating, and maintaining policies, programs and training in HR with emphasis on employee/labor relations; advising hospital/management staff on labor relations issues; interpreting and enforcing policies in line with the collective bargaining agreement; guiding investigations of harassment, grievances, and disciplinary actions; assisting with grievance procedures and arbitrations; maintaining the employee handbook and updating policies to ensure legal, nondiscriminatory practices in a healthcare setting.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field and two years of professional Human Resources experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations or related field and four years of professional Human Resources experience required.
