Job Summary
Employee Journey Expert II - Compliance will serve as the central adviser on governance and working methods within the Dutch Works Councils Act framework, acting as the main contact for the Employee Council and key stakeholders. You will develop and maintain the One Way of Working concept, drive process improvements to enhance quality and efficiency, and lead communications, digital collaboration, and budget management for Employee Council activities. Responsibilities include organizing training sessions, events, and multi-day meetings; creating communication plans and materials; managing the digital working environment using SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365; and overseeing budgets and forecasts. The role requires experience with Works Councils, strong stakeholder management at senior levels, English communication proficiency, and hands-on experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft 365, and Adobe Creative Suite. The minimum experience requirement is 6 months to 1 year in a related Works Council context, with a focus on governance, communications, and events.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of demonstrable experience working for or alongside Works Councils / Employee Councils
- Demonstrable knowledge of the Dutch Works Councils Act (WOR)
- Experience managing stakeholders at senior management and executive board level
- Proven experience in event management, organizing training programs, and budget ownership
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Demonstrable experience with SharePoint, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365
- Demonstrable experience with communication-related activities, including communication planning and content creation
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar design tools
