Job Summary
Assist the lead flooring installer or crew on job sites with the installation of carpet, vinyl, tile, laminate, LVP, and hardwood flooring. Support moving furniture, demolition, and clean-up in customer homes. Maintain a schedule of constant body movement up to eight hours, including standing, sitting, kneeling, and bending, while lifting up to 75 lbs daily. Use hands constantly and remain comfortable with technology and mobile devices. Work independently as a self-starter in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating punctuality, good attendance, and strong communication skills to produce high-quality work.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Willing to submit to a background check
- Ability to submit proof of employment eligibility
- Reliable transportation
- Comfortable with using technology and mobile devices
- Ability to work independently
- Self-starter and team player
- History of punctuality and good attendance
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Results-driven and goal-oriented attitude
- Conscientious about producing the highest quality of work
- Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment
